4E Sessions
4E is a facilitated process of self-inquiry that draws on the four elements to help you uncover the unique inner voices and innate wisdom already within you. Each element - Water, Air, Earth, and Fire - carries its own strengths, needs, and fears, and when given a voice, they reveal profound truths about who you are and what's unfolding in your life.

The session begins with a poignant, personal question—one that resonates deeply with your current life experience. From there, the 4E process gently unravels the tapestry of your inner world, helping you identify which elements are supporting your growth and which may be creating obstacles. The experience can bring deep clarity, compassion and integration as you embody your inner elements speaking through you.

I was intrigued to learn how sound and frequency can be incorporated with Astrology. It inspired me to learn more about sound healing, too, which has been an interest of mine for some time now. This class has valuable information to understand how you can use the wisdom shared to integrate these teachings in your Astrology practice, energy work, or personal/community healing and wellness. I highly recommend this class.
